Order Processing

All orders are processed within [1-2 business days].
 • Custom artworks require additional production time before shipping ([5–30 business days]).
 • Ready-made artworks are shipped within [2–5 business days] after purchase.

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.

Estimated delivery times:
 • Europe: [5–10 business days]
 • International: [10–21 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (customs, carrier delays, etc.).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom-Made Artworks

All custom artworks are made specifically for each customer.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Ready-Made Artworks

We accept returns for ready-made (non-custom) artworks under the following conditions:
 • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
 • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
 • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within [2–5 business days].

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at moloda.art@gmail.com

Please include:
 • Your order number
 • Clear photos of the item
 • Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and offer a solution, such as:
 • Replacement
 • Partial or full refund

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within [24 hours] of purchase.

After this time:
 • Custom orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled
 • Ready-made items may already be prepared for shipment
